- About Solution Engineer at Lablup
Lablup is seeking Solution Engineers to professionally support the implementation and operation of AI solutions for enterprise clients. You will help various domestic and international corporate clients smoothly adopt and operate AI infrastructure, while gaining field experience in AI infrastructure operation platforms and AI training/deployment. The experience gained will be generalized across multiple clients to identify opportunities for improving operational processes, contributing to the enhancement of platform user experience across the company.
- Key Responsibilities
- Support installation, configuration, and operation of Backend.AI platform in enterprise environments
- Analyze and respond to client technical issues, collaborating with the development team for problem resolution
- Design and configure customized solutions based on understanding of Backend.AI platform and extended features
- Perform regular system inspections and monitoring for clients
- Analyze VOC and compile common feedback to suggest platform user experience improvements
- Basic Requirements
- Ability to speak and write in both Korean and English
- Basic understanding of Linux systems, networks, virtualization, and container technologies
- Ability to read and understand technical documentation in English
- Willingness to learn new technologies and proactive attitude toward problem-solving
- Effective communication skills and responsible work execution
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in building/operating Linux server clusters
- Experience in server environment network configuration and shared storage management
- Experience in writing Python and shell scripts for operational support
- Experience using or contributing to open source projects
