- About Lablup
We are a company providing machine learning platforms and solutions under the motto 'Make AI Accessible'. Lablup strives to solve various problems that arise when sharing scientific and engineering research processes through a standardized platform, and automates all stages of research and service. We develop and service Backend.AI to realize this vision. Backend.AI, a hyperscale AI platform, reduces the difficulties in developing and serving various AI models, from small-scale AI models to large language models.
- About Technical Writer at Lablup
Lablup’s Technical Writers plan and write technical content in both Korean and English about Backend.AI and Lablup’s other products and technologies. From white papers that explain the principles, architecture, and requirements of Backend.AI and related products, to solution briefs that support adoption decisions, to customer case studies that show real deployments and results, they create the documents customers and partners need to understand our products and decide how to use them.
Every document starts with the writer deeply understanding the subject, then identifying what readers want to know and what decisions they need to make. With that as the guide, Technical Writers confirm design intent with developers and engineers, find supporting evidence in internal technical materials and customer interviews, and decide on the structure and depth of each document. Even when source material is limited, they gather the information they need and lead the process from writing through technical review to publication. The terminology and style standards they establish along the way are then applied across other product documentation to improve consistency.
