Lablup Inc. develops Backend.AI and relatives for diverse AI researchers, DevOps, and developers who want to commercialize machine learning products. In addition, we are working to expand machine learning technology and develop use-cases by building deep learning models. • Define and track the order of dependency and priority of development tasks, considering the company's development roadmap, customer requirements, and development team performance
• Understand customer requirements and summarize and transfer them to the development team
• Carry out and track tasks like documentation and QA before product release
• Observe team members' workload and backlog, redistribute tasks or adjust schedules as needed
• Write various technical documents for current and potential customers (product roadmaps, new feature release introductions, etc)

• Must be comfortable reading and writing English technical documents
• Must be able to have technical communication through English conversations
• Over 2 years of practical development experience using Python and its related ecosystem

• Experience leading a development project of 3 or more people for more than a year (as a Tech lead or PM)
