Lablup Inc. develops Backend.AI and relatives for diverse AI researchers, DevOps, and developers who want to commercialize machine learning products. In addition, we are working to expand machine learning technology and develop use-cases by building deep learning models. We are looking forward to joining with us to develop Backend.AI and other projects.
- What you will be doing
- Understand the Backend.AI platform and its extensions, and propose solutions based on these for customer requirements
- Understand the requirements and related business context that the client needs
- Handle initial response and escalate issues to the development team when a client's problem occurs
- Perform regular and irregular inspections by visiting the client's business
- Minimum skills & experiences
- Ability to read and write English technical documents
- Ability to communicate technically through English conversations
- Basic understanding of Linux-based networks, virtualization, and container technology
- Plus points
- Practical experience in enterprise (B2B) technical sales
- Experience contributing to various open-source projects
- Experience in customer dispatch and response work (such as Customer Success / Support Engineer)
- Experience with on-call monitoring and incident response
